John at Platinum Computers worked on my laptop. I was having problems with it running slow. He came out and fixed the problem. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. He did a great job speaking to me in terms that I could understand without getting frustrated with my obvious lack of computer knowledge.
